Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Hygiene Schedules: Ensure all factory areas meet exceptional hygiene standards.
  • Lead the Team: Develop and guide the hygiene team with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee health and safety, and stay updated with industry best practices.
  • Drive Performance: Support team performance and development during audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance cleaning methods and manage waste disposal efficiently.


What You Bring:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (email, Excel, Word, SAP).
  • Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Industry Experience: Background in the food industry with managerial experience.
