Job Title: Sales Negotiator - Verdala PropertiesLocation: Broughty Ferry, DundeeI am delighted to represent the market leading, boutique, Dundee based Estate Agents, that boast year-on-year growth and an exceptional online presence, Verdala Properties.Due to growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join the team.Company Overview:Verdala Properties is a reputable real estate agency specialising in Residential Property. With a strong market presence in Dundee and the surrounding areas, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. Job Summary:As a Sales Negotiator at Verdala Properties, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging prospective buyers, negotiating sales agreements, and building lasting relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a genuine passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:- Proactively seek out potential buyers and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, marketing campaigns, networking events, and referrals- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer suitable property options- Negotiate sales prices and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best outcome for both buyer and seller- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth property transactions- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice to clients- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growthRequirements:- Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably within the Property sector- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of the local property market in Dundee and surrounding areas is highly desirable- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools- Full driving license and access to a vehicleBenefits:- Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure.- Comprehensive training and ongoing support.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Company-sponsored social events and team-building activities.
