Youll be empowered to make a real difference to our people our business and your own career growth.Day-to-day youll be:Championing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.Developing and delivering people plans that build a healthy high-performing culture.Building strong relationships with stakeholders including employee representatives and trade unions.Coaching leaders to grow their impact and navigate complex employee matters.Supporting internal communications and driving inclusive practices.This role is full time 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.Essential experience of the People Business Partner:Partnering in a fast-paced people-focused environment.Broad generalist HR experience (e.g. talent acquisition reward employee relations change management).Working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and shared services models.Leading or supporting business change projects.Experience in technology or engineering sectors is a plus but not essential.Qualifications for the People Business Partner:We value difference and dont have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
