We have an exciting new opportunity to join our People Team and be our People Business Partner in the South West.

As People Business Partner, you will spend time in the stores at the heart of our business, driving people engagement and strategy across our teams of amazing colleagues.

Partnering the Regional Operations Manager and working closely with the Area Managers, you will develop proactive people plans, recruit for Area, Store and Deputy Store Managers and embrace the internal development across each of your areas
- Experience of operating at a senior management level
- An inspirational leader, enthusiastic about adding value on a day to day basis
- Commercially and People Focused
- Ability to influence and manage at all levels including upwards
- A desire to identify people issues and provide positive solutions
- Up to date knowledge of employment law would be ideal but not essential

**The key accountabilities of the role will be**:

- Leading and supporting the People Agenda across the Region
- Assist the ROM & Area Managers with succession planning and development/performance management
- Store & Area Management recruitment with a strong focus on internal succession
