You will help drive our continued growth by ensuring crested orders flow smoothly from initial request through to production.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Crested Administration Team Leader, you will:Process orders, samples, and approvals for both internal and external production linesReview, analyse, and action the daily order reportCommunicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors regarding any order changesHandle enquiries promptly, professionally, and efficientlyAccurately enter order information and artwork, ensuring seamless handover to productionFollow all organisational policies, including Health & Safety and record retention standardsAbout YouYou thrive in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
