⌛️ But they're not resting on their laurels. They're constantly evolving, adapting, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. That's why they need a Principal Front-End Developer who's ready to join their team and help push their products across the US market


Salary: Up to £80k (DOE) + great perks


Location: 4 days in MCR city centre office (Applicants MUST be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)


Tech stack: React, TDD, Azure/AWS


Tasks include:


  • Own delivery, from idea to launch.
  • Manage payroll systems and ensure new features work well.
  • Keep your team happy and efficient (use best practices when needed).
  • Identify and solve potential risks with the product owner.
  • Streamline operations by reducing connections between systems.
  • Set clear goals for your team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement useful ones.
  • Improve software quality using best practices.
  • Estimate project timelines based on progress.
  • Work with business analysts to understand user needs.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance testers.
