Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front-end development team and oversee the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance testers, to ensure seamless product development.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end solutions using React, TDD, Azure/AWS.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to product development and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Streamline operations by reducing connections between systems and improving software quality.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the front-end development team and ensure they are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Principal Front-End Developer or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent technical skills in front-end development, including React, TDD, Azure/AWS.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
