Are you a seasoned Pre-Sales Consultant with a passion for technology and a talent for solving complex business challenges? In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise to demonstrate our cutting-edge platform, helping organizations unlock their potential. While experience in the legal industry is a bonus, it’s not essential—we’re looking for someone with technical acumen, a proven pre-sales background, and the enthusiasm to work in a collaborative, innovative environment. Whist the role is remote some travel to our London office will be required and when needed UK/EU as you engage with clients and showcase the value of iManage solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and design tailored solutions leveraging the iManage platform.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the value and functionality of iManage solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical environments and challenges, providing recommendations that address their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and other technical sales documentation.
- Assist in building proof-of-concept environments that demonstrate the iManage platform’s capabilities.
- Stay updated on iManage’s product roadmap, new features, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date insights to clients.
- Support the post-sales handoff process to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with document management, knowledge management, or related technologies is an advantage.
- A consultative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements and events as required.
