Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients during renewals, build key stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor and expand coverage for the right protection.
  • Proactively develop a pipeline for new business prospects.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Negotiate with Underwriters for optimal terms.
  • Execute tasks compliantly and promptly.
  • Achieve and maintain retention levels and income targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet business objectives and support colleague development.

Your Experience:

  • Industry Knowledge in Commercial/Corporate Insurance.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and broking platforms (Acturis ideal).
  • Confidence: Comfortable dealing with stakeholders, particularly at the board level.
