We are seeking a dynamic Head of Technology to lead and manage our IT/technology services. This role involves delivering exceptional service standards, driving continuous improvement, and managing the technology team. As the Head of Technology, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of technology services and drive the people agenda across the technology function.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage IT services including DevOps, IT Training & Quality, and IT Support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic workforce planning, talent management, and engagement.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address service issues.
  • Contribute to the Operations & IT functional strategy.
  • Optimize resource utilization and manage the annual budget for the service.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Represent the technology function at key governance groups and meetings.


Key Performance Indicators:


  • Delivery of technology metrics and performance standards.
  • Improvement of customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Effective management of resources and budgets.
  • Positive feedback from audits and stakeholders.
  • High levels of staff motivation and development.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Significant senior-level experience in an IT/technology environment.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and change leadership.
  • Strong strategic workforce planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Resilient and proactive in a changing environment.
  • Budgetary management experience.
  • Financial services background (desirable).
