Learning and development trainer

My client is seeking a passion Learning and Development Trainer to join their dynamic team based in Colchester. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with managers and teams to identify training needs, create engaging content, and facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions. Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver customised training programs on a variety of subjects, including soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development.Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and ensure programs align with company goals.Use various learning platforms and methodologies to ensure an engaging, impactful experience.Track progress and provide feedback to employees on performance.Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and results.Requirements:Proven experience in Learning and Development or training roles.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.For more information contact Sian Burke
