Purpose of Position


The Claims Technician will be responsible for managing a caseload of Employers Liability (“EL”) and Public Liability (PL”) claims, with a focus on sensitive claims including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. The role involves ensuring that all claims are handled according to best practices and client requirements, maintaining accurate records, identifying potential fraud, and providing technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Claims Technician will support the team in achieving business objectives, contribute to training plans, and strengthen client relationships through professional representation.


Required Skills and Experience


Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in complex EL/PL claims, a strong understanding of legal concepts related to claims management, the ability to meet Service Level Agreements, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
