We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client's team in Ayr who offer counselling services. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate so ideally you will be available to start asap.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Providing general support to the team to ensure smooth office operations.

What we're looking for:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative procedures.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

The hours of work are 9-5 Monday - Thursday and 9-4 on a Friday so a 34 hour week. Please send in your CV asap to avoid missing out on this opportunity.
