We are seeking a Senior Commercial Trading Manager to join one of the world’s leading global tech companies. This role will drive increased e-store revenue and improve customer experience in stores across Europe.


The successful candidate will create plans to support e-store growth across various product ranges and help drive change and innovation to deliver continuous improvement and accelerate e-store sales growth in Europe.


If you have International eCommerce experience in a senior online trading role delivering significant e-Store sales and can demonstrate eCommerce sales growth, through data-driven insights and decision-making, this could be the role for you.


Responsibilities will include:


To consult and advise senior team members across Europe on all aspects of e-commerce.

To create actionable business plans to support e-store growth across an entire product range

To drive change and innovation and deliver continuous improvement across all platforms

To accelerate e-store sales growth in line with targets and develop strategies to fuel faster growth.

Work with underachieving markets to accelerate e-store growth

Share insights and problem-solve to drive sales improvement.

Analyse store performance data (sales, traffic channels, shop front, etc.) to identify problem areas.

Focus on European e-store commercial and trading plans through weekly and quarterly check-ins.



Skills required for this role:


  • Hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically paid search.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify problems and focus on solutions.
  • End-to-end eCommerce trading experience
  • Experience in optimising eCommerce trading plans
  • Multi-channel strategies
  • Digital marketing strategies including paid search, affiliate, paid social, etc.


The role is based between the Surrey and London areas and is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office and the rest working from home.
