About this RoleWe're on the lookout for a Service Controller to keep our EMC hire fleet in peak condition. Youll manage the day-to-day service function, coordinating engineers and third-party suppliers to deliver fast, safe, and effective repairs and servicing. This is a key role in ensuring equipment uptime and keeping customers informed every step of the way.Coordinate mobile, workshop, and third-party repairs with efficiency and accuracyHandle service bookings, breakdowns, damage reports, and warranty casesCommunicate regularly with customers, ensuring updates are timely and transparentRecord and monitor service updates and costs on our maintenance systemSupport compliance scheduling and reporting for key service milestonesAbout YouYoull bring hands-on experience from a similar service control, fleet maintenance, or engineering admin role.
