Sales & Production Administrator Salary: 23500 - 25000 per year yearly bonusLocation:Birmingham Digbeth Area Hours:Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am 12:30pm We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Production Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales and production departments ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for both UK and international customers.Benefits:Early Finish FridaysCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payKey Responsibilities:Maintain accurate customer databases and manage orders quotations and sample requestsHandle inbound and outbound customer enquiries resolving queries and complaints promptlyLiaise with clients to provide product information and build strong customer relationshipsSupport sales activities for domestic and international marketsFacilitate stock movements and follow up with production to resolve issuesProcess domestic and international postal itemsRequirements:Proven experience in an administrative role ideally within a sales environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systemsExcellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate recordsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to prioritise and structure the working day effectivelyConfident professional and polite phone mannerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent timekeeping and reliabilityPersonal Attributes:Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic mindsetEager to learn about a wide range of products and develop strong product knowledgeMotivated to work independently and as part of a teamCommitted to delivering outstanding customer serviceJob Reference: EN1001Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
