  • Annual Salary: Up to £35,000 plus commission, £25,000 for sales experience and £35,000 for experienced technical sales experience.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a multi award-winning, highly-established organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products or solutions over the phone and will be joining a growing, friendly team with superb growth opportunities.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential new customers to expand the client base.
  • Engage with prospects over the phone to establish their needs and discuss how your product can enhance their existing working practices.
  • Attend annual events and trade shows to network and promote the product.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead management.
  • Analyse prospect data to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Stay informed of current industry trends and changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record within telephone B2B sales.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to easily build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using sales databases and tools.
