Job description This role provides an opportunity to join this team at an exciting time of development, delivering some extraordinary projects. The role of CNC Operator is broad and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your already established Joinery skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:You will be part of a team of people who are responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of commercial and bespoke Fitout Services. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following: Set up and operate CNCWood machines Properly and safely load and unload raw materials Perform tasks such as drilling and milling steel Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements Read technical drawings and understand specifications Make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result Organise, record and submit all details of work carried out on relevant work orders for weekly timesheet Take instruction from workshop manager and carry out the task in a professional & efficient manner Maintain tools and equipment in a safe working order Work within the internal quality system ensuring that a high standard of production is maintained through to finished product stage Operate to health and safety policy and guidelines laid down in the workshop and operate at all times in a safe and responsible manner Maintain good housekeeping and a safe work environment and ensure own safety and safety of others Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by the Workshop Manager Skills: cnc machining Benefits: Pension Fund Medical Aid / Health Care Parking
