Requirements Solution DesignSupport the design and optimization of warehouse layouts and processes: Assist in translating customer requirements and data into efficient practical warehouse solutions under guidance from a senior logistics engineer.Help analyze customer flows and operational data: Work with inbound and outbound flow information to identify patterns and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.Assist in presenting findings and proposals: Contribute to clear and structured presentations for site management and customers aligned with senior engineer recommendations. Turn insights into action: Support the commercial phase by gathering and processing cost elements (labour investment IT etc.) assisting with price setting and participating in customer meetings alongside sales and site teams.ImplementationSupport the development of project plans for new contracts: Help define timelines milestones and team responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary project team.Assist in implementing projects: Coordinate tasks and track progress with guidance helping ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across functions: Work closely with senior logistics engineers sales site managers and external partners to support smooth project execution.Prepare progress reports and monitor project performance: Assist in producing updates basic cost analyses and budget overviews for internal and external stakeholders.
