We’re looking for a **HSE Administrator** to join our team at our BT super hub site in Lutterworth. You’ll join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to the QHSE Team and developing cost-effective administration processes.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to pay up to **£**24,396 **per annum**. In addition, we offer 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), which will rise with length of service, as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Coordinate and monitor HSE and training within the BT contract
- Ensure all data is entered correctly onto the databases, training matrix and other relevant files to compile all accident Statistics and reports
- Support Training Manager and HSE manager in internal, external and customer audits
- Actively promote HSE and development culture, by supporting employee engagement and internal communication
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Experience in producing accurate, timely reporting with meaningful analytical commentary
- Knowledge of working in a logistics, distribution, or a manufacturing background
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work individually under own initiative
