Our dedicated 20000 employees optimize the branch improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Title: Customer EngineerLocation: LONDON VirtualPOSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:To diagnose faults make repairs and to replace modules on ATMs EPOS Self-Checkouts PCs kiosks and associated peripherals.Responsible for installation maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfactionResponsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level AgreementsMay require prolonged travel carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights. May require bending/squatting walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periodsCompany vehicle with fuel card provided which can be used for personal use (BIK and usage fee per mile applies)Tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are providedUniform and PPE providedBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:A Full UK manual driving license is mandatoryExperience is preferred in break/fix IT computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge but full training will be provided to the right candidate.Experience preferred with Windows operating systemsExperience preferred in general PC hardware and software maintenanceWorks well with minimal supervision good problem-solving skills ability to pick up new skills quickly with the ability to work under pressureHigh level of mechanical/electrical aptitudeExcellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skills requiredTo be flexible with working shifts as you will be required to work early and late shifts including some weekends and rotating shiftsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience in NCR or similar equipment is a plusOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
