In addition, the team is responsible for Telephony (mobile, fixed and cloud-based communications platform – RingCentral) and related services such as our Contact Centre technology. To manage the overall provision of service, including the elements carried out in house and those carried out by external suppliers. To manage the overall provision of a high quality, efficient and effective service to end users that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction.
