Procurement CoordinatorMonday to Friday 37 hours per week.100% on site at Bathgate ScotlandOur Bathgate location in Scotland UK is an integral part of Catalents European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors studies throughout the UK Europe and beyond including clinical supply management FastChain demand-led supply clinical-scale commercial packaging and QP release services.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team at the Bathgate this role you will ensure invoice accuracy resolve discrepancies and maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments. You will play a key part in supporting our Supply Chain Excellence and promoting Catalents values and environmental initiatives.The Role: Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address billing issues.Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payments and respond to vendor inquiries.Monitor aging invoices escalate unresolved cases and prepare resolution reports.Cleanse historical purchase order data and raise supply chain purchased orders as needed.Support vendor onboarding with Global Procurement and Contracts Admin.Provide short-term cover for Materials Planner when required.Contribute to PSQDC metrics and promote environmental sustainability initiatives.The Candidate: Persistence: Strong commitment to completing tasks successfully.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Independent Decision-Making: Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment.Adaptability: Comfortable with evolving responsibilities and new challenges.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and meticulous approach to work.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications particularly Excel.Why You Should Join Catalent:Competitive Salary Reflecting your experience and skills.Bonus & Benefits Includes a site performance bonus a pension scheme matching up to 7.5% and life assurance.
