Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on business development for the Nordics region.
  • Proactively build new relationships with prospects and develop existing ones further.
  • Execute the sales activities for the region which will include direct prospecting, conference attendance and roadshows.
  • Articulate trends and product gaps to the investment teams, contributing to capability development.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively including qualifying, progressing and closing opportunities. Ensuring all activity is recorded in the CRM database.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Nordic Sales within asset management.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language is a bonus but not essential.
  • Deep knowledge of the institutional market across the Nordics.
  • Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Driven nature with desire to progress.
  • Passion for financial markets.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
