Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Front-End Developer with proficiency in Figma and strong front-end development skills. In this role, you will be responsible for both designing user interfaces in Figma and converting those designs into responsive, interactive web applications. This hybrid role requires a solid understanding of UI/UX principles alongside expertise in front-end development, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development Responsibilities:

  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Develop reusable, maintainable, and responsive UI components to support scalable front-end architecture.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance for a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs with backend functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues during the development lifecycle.


UI/UX (Figma) Responsibilities:

  • Use Figma to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Figma proficiency is a must: Experience in designing and prototyping user interfaces with Figma.
  • Front-end development experience: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience in a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind, and CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and experience with mobile-first development.
  • Experience in cross-browser development and ensuring accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance design aesthetics with functionality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design systems and building reusable component libraries.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices as they pertain to front-end performance and user experience.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with testing and debugging front-end applications across multiple browsers and devices.
