About the role
  • To manage the cafe and ensure it runs smoothly, with excellent customer service providing an informed welcome for the general public, artists, hirers and Crisis members. Working with colleagues to understand and overcome the challenges around accessibility in public spaces to ensure equal access for everyone.
  • To manage and train the cafe team, working closely with the Front of House Manager to do so. To be responsible for the Health and Safety operations of the cafe, equipment maintenance in the kitchen, budget planning and financial report on cafe sales and working alongside Damascus Rose Kitchen in the day to day operations of the cafe.

Shifts;
  • Post is offered at full time, 37 hours per week. The hours are worked over a flexible pattern and will require Saturday and Sunday working. Permanent role, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
