Customer Service Advisor– £26,000 + Benefits | On-Site in WorcestershireTech Industry (Non-IT Support Role)We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an established and growing organisation within the technology sector, for a Customer Service Agent to join their on-site team in Worcestershire. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers and delivering a high-quality service, without working in an IT helpdesk or support role.This role focuses on communication, relationship-building, and ensuring customers receive clear and helpful information regarding the company’s services. You will not be responsible for resolving IT issues or providing technical troubleshooting.Role Overview:As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and supporting them throughout their journey. You will use a bespoke internal software platform to manage customer accounts and ensure information is recorded accurately.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chatBuild positive and professional relationships with customers across the UKUse bespoke customer management software to log and update account informationProvide clear guidance on products, services, and account activityEscalate more complex matters to internal teams where required (no IT support duties)Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing improvements in the customer experienceCandidate Profile:Our client would like to meet applicants who have:Previous experience in a customer service role (office or contact centre preferred)Excellent communication skills with a confident, customer-focused approachStrong administrative and organisational abilityConfidence learning and using bespoke internal software systemsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in helping customersNo technical IT support background required – this is not an IT helpdesk roleSalary & Benefits:£26,000 per year25 days holiday plus bank holidaysOn-site parkingFull training provided, including on bespoke internal systemsSupportive team culture and opportunities for further developmentWorking Hours: Full-time, Monday to FridayLocation: On-site in Worcestershire (commutable from Kidderminster, Malvern, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Evesham and surrounding areas)How to Apply:If you are looking for a customer-focused role within an innovative tech environment and wish to be considered for this position on behalf of our client please apply with your CV to begin the conversation.
