**About Our Client**:
My client is an eco friendly packaging supplier. As a carbon neutral company they manufacturer and provide protective packaging.

As a Customer Service Advisor, key responsibilities will include:

- To deal with a wide range of enquiries as the first point of all customer contact, delivering a first-class customer service on every occasion.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and pro-actively, taking the enquiry as far as possible towards conclusion on the initial call.
- Effectively collaborating with relevant colleagues within the company where necessary at all levels.
- Tailoring communication styles and techniques to meet the customer's specific requirement.
- Deal with dissatisfaction relating to products and or service, in accordance with the companies procedures.
- Provide accurate information via all relevant systems and all methods of communication.
- Closely working with key stakeholders within the business to develop improvements within Customer Services.
- Ensure customers are treated fairly and in line with the company values.

**The Successful Applicant**:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be able to demonstrate:

- A minimum of 3 years current experience in a customer services environment.
- Strong customer management and communication skills with a pro-active 'can do' attitude.
- PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- An efficient team-player with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Resilience when dealing with potentially difficult Customers.
- Confidence, compassion, and diplomacy, when dealing with complex issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to collate and analyse data effectively and present back findings to the Senior Team.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and effectively.
