Our client is a well-established web design agency who are an expect in their field and make wonderful and creative websites for all sectors of businesses. They are looking for a digital marketing executive to join their fast-growing business.

Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Denby Dale (HD8)

Salary: £26,500K Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm.

Some hybrid working may be considered. Permanent position

You will need a clean driving licence for traveling to client meetings.

The digital marketing executive will be responsible for managing a group of retained social media/marketing clients. The role will be supported by a digital marketing apprentice and will include the following tasks/requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Working independently, accountable and responsible for the social media marketing strategy and performance across social media platforms for multi sector businesses.
  • Creating content to form monthly marketing campaigns and calendars.
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day tasks which will include research, writing, photography & filming and analysis of data to create successful monthly campaigns and plans on all social media platforms.
  • Creation of content to support social media posts using video, photography and graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of Canva and Capcut is important.
  • Creating monthly data analytics reports for all clients
  • Develop positive working relationships with all clients
  • You will be asked to attend client meetings to gather information and content.
  • Managing workloads of the digital marketing apprentice to create all visual and written content for each client ensuring it falls within the agreed strategy and follows client brand guidelines.
  • Upselling services when needed to clients
  • Report monthly on all activity by account and ensure monthly client reporting is produced to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external teams to ensure that we are delivering on time and on budget across all activities.
  • Identify processes and procedures to optimise efficiency.
  • Administration duties as well as building relationships with new and existing clients.

Skills and experience

  • Proven track record of Digital marketing executive
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms including Tiktok.
  • Ability to plan workload, manage projects and direct the workload of the digital marketing.
  • Ability to understand Meta Business and LinkedIn analytics.
  • Understanding of content management systems.
  • Experienced in planning and marketing campaign creation in addition to using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Social Bu and Meta.
  • Ability to plan workloads and manage projects. This includes leadership and communication skills to be able to motivate a team member and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Solid creative writing skills with accuracy and attention to detail to produce blogs and email newsletters.
  • Have an understanding or have experience in email marketing
  • Ability to work under pressure to client deadlines and respond positively to changing priorities.
