This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team here based across the Midlands area. As our Housing and Property expert, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation Youll jump into different services depending on where youre needed, so you could be working in a different team and location from one week to the next no two days will be the same

Typical day as a Peripatetic Housing Management Coordinator

  • Our customer have a range of support needs depending on the type of property they live. This can range from high disability supported properties to low support move on housing management only support properties.
  • Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
  • Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
