Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Weds/Thurs at our office in the heart of Camden Town, 5 mins from Camden Town tube), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people.

 

Job Purpose


Reporting to the Marketing and Brand Engagement Manager as well as the Senior Marketing and Brand Engagement Executive, this role will have a varied and interesting set of responsibilities, across a range of different projects in marketing and brand engagement. You will be the most junior member in our small and focused Marketing & Brand Engagement team, so must be prepared to roll up your sleeves and have a ‘no task is too small’ attitude. With the right attitude and patience, there will be plenty of room for you to grow in this role as our business and brand grows.

 

You will support on managing a number of different inboxes, being the first point of call for some incoming marketing queries and leading on executing known protocols. You will support in implementing key strategic initiatives through various projects as guided by Management and will have various specific reporting duties on a regular basis. You will help manage the brand’s online social media presence by contributing  to  campaigns (short term, ad hoc as well as ongoing/perennial messaging campaigns), and help us to drive growth and engagement on relevant social media channels, whilst reporting on key metrics to help our team to use these to learn and improve.

 

We’re looking for someone to develop within our team, who is keen to learn, has an eagle eye for detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to grow our business and brand. This role is well suited to a social media savvy individual with an interest in and knowledge of yoga & wellness and at least a couple of years’ basic experience of reasonably related work, who is proactive and enthusiastic, who enjoys a varied role, and who wants to develop within our team. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Help with marketing queries as directed, and escalating where necessary (we encourage self-starters but also you must always quickly ask for help when needed and it shall be given).

·      Support with the development and execution of creative and engaging campaigns through Liforme’s social media and other community marketing channels.

·      Assist with the the day-to-day handling of all social media channels including (but not limited to) Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and X.

·      Support the development of the company’s marketing and brand engagement output through content sourcing, scheduling of output, messaging and engagement.

·      Help with our ongoing efforts to stay up to date with new trends, techniques, tools and processes to best manage and promote our brand on social media and through our other community marketing channels.

·      Help with analysis and reporting on competitor activity and ongoing audience/market research.

·      Perform various reporting and administration tasks to help us monitor, track, analyse and learn in order to improve performance on social media platforms and through other marketing channels/initiatives, with a proactive mindset to identify and recommend improvements to increase performance.

·      Support the development and growth of the department by providing support as needed across various projects and tasks.
