This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator who is committed to ensuring that every child — regardless of background or need — is given the opportunity to thrive. Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking staff team, the SENCo will lead on the strategic development of the school’s SEND provision and will play a central role in promoting a culture of inclusion and high expectations.
