**SENCO Job description**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEN policy
- Coordinating provision for children with SEN
- Liaising with parents of children with SEN.
- Liaising with and advising fellow Teachers

**SENCO Requirements**:

- QTS
- SEN experience
- Strong knowledge of Primary Curriculum
- DBS on update service or willing to get
