You'll use data to uncover root causes, identify risks, and help our Operations teams make smarter, faster decisions. Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Logistics Network Analyst: Provide clear, robust data analysis to stakeholders across the operation to influence decision-making and improvement activity. Track and trend performance, highlighting areas of risk or stagnation and escalating where needed. Use insight to improve customer experience across all key performance measures. Support the design and rollout of performance strategies by using multiple data sources effectively. Analyse client-level data to recommend operational improvements that elevate delivery performance. Provide analysis to the Performance Manager to help unblock issues and keep projects moving. Use real-time data to identify courier delivery risks and support Operations Managers in taking swift, effective action. Spot compliance and performance opportunities within the delivery network and recommend structured improvement actions. Interpret gaps, trends and patterns to support prioritisation and resource allocation. Produce insightful summaries for senior leaders, helping them understand service and compliance performance. Evidence of continuous learning and keeping up with changing trends/technologies. Experience managing high volumes of data and prioritising workload effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, including managing stakeholders to implement solutions. Analytical mindset: Confident working with large datasets and translating findings into clear solutions. Communication: Able to present complex ideas simply and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
