Shipping Administrator

This is a vital role where you'll manage consumables orders and ensure they continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.If you're enthusiastic, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing: As a shipping Administrator, you will:Process service consumables requests via the company's intranet.Create quotes for chargeable consumable orders.Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to manage open consumable orders.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and accounts.Handle inbound customer calls and provide solutions to queries.Make outbound calls to customers to discuss consumable requests and offer support.Key skills for the Shipping Administrator:Previous experience in an administrative role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to resolve challenging situations.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Outlook and other IT/database systems.
