Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service and attention to detail in every aspect of hotel management.
  • Drive financial performance by developing and executing strategic plans that align with the hotel's objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Implement and uphold operational policies, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and innovative offerings.
  • Engage with guests to seek feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate relationships with local suppliers and businesses to enhance our service and sustainability efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and financial management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and a keen eye for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and the St Andrews area is a plus.
