We are looking for a fulltime Website & SEO Specialist to join our Marketing & Growth Team.
You will be responsible for owning and optimizing our website while leading a global organic search strategy that drives visibility engagement and growth. In this role you will act as the primary owner of our website ensuring it performs as a highimpact growth engine through technical optimization seamless user experience and effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
You will work closely with the Senior Demand Generation Manager Marketing Product Sales and Customer teams to align website management and SEO initiatives with our companys strategic goals leveraging the website as a central tool to support business growth.This will be a hybrid role with at least 23 days per week based in the London office.
What you can expect:
- Website & Tech Stack Management: Act as the primary owner of our website and associated tech stack. Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal website health and performance. Own our website tech stack sharing responsibility with super users of the website.
- Develop & Lead Organic Search Strategy: Own and implement the SEO strategy to drive growth ensuring ongoing optimization that translates to traffic engagement and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with Demand Generation Customer Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams
- SEO Content & Structure Collaboration: Partner with the content team to deliver SEOoptimized structure and content that enhances customer journey experiences.
- Customer Journey Reporting & Analysis: Track analyze and report on website performance and customer journeys using insights to identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with Product Customer and Sales teams.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Regularly review and benchmark competitors search engine rankings ensuring we stay ahead.
- Coordinate with Paid Search Team: Develop a comprehensive keyword strategy that aligns with business objectives balancing organic search priorities with any paid search initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
- Brand & Content Alignment: Ensure website content is keywordoptimized aligned with brand messaging and tone of voice and provides a cohesive and engaging user experience.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience:25 years in website management and SEO for digital acquisition in a B2B (preferably SaaS) environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong familiarity with WordPress Google Analytics SEMrush CMS platforms and tools like Yoast SEO with a proven history of increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- Strategic Planning & Communication: Proven ability to develop and communicate website and SEO strategies translating datadriven insights into actionable plans for the team.
- Collaborative Vision: Experience coordinating with Demand Generation Product Marketing and agencies to create and optimize pathways to conversion and crosssell.
- DataDriven Implementation: Skilled in planning prioritizing and implementing dataled initiatives from page creation and blog guidance to website improvements and lead magnet development.
