Are you an experienced Vendor Manager Analyst with a passion for marketing procurement and strategic thinking? Our client, a leading organisation in the Advertising &/or Marketing industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their Global Experience Vendor Management team. As a Vendor Manager Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, driving, and executing sourcing processes to ensure organisational cost savings and lead time reductions. Get ready to be part of a dynamic team that values attention to detail, collaboration, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Review and triage sourcing requests to optimise total cost and comply with policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to handle low-value/complexity sourcing requests
- Consult with internal stakeholders to address purchasing needs and provide troubleshooting support
- Lead initiatives to optimise business processes and standards, leveraging market knowledge and subject matter expertise
- Identify areas of opportunity to enhance creative development processes with internal teams and external partners
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate comfort with analytics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal considerations
- Support the Vendor Management team with spreadsheet tasks, report analysis, and contract review
Skills:
- Sufficient years of experience in Marketing Industry procurement or similar areas
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management within the Advertising &/or Marketing industry
- Highly motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a rapidly evolving organisation
- Well-organised and disciplined, with expertise in MS Office and Google Suite
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders across different regions and timezones
