Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business software systems to ensure they align with organisational needs.
- Liaison Between Departments: Work closely with various business departments and IT to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Policy and Procedure Design: Create and enforce policies and procedures for the use of business systems to ensure data integrity and security.
- Staff Training: Coordinate and support the training of staff on new systems and software to ensure efficient use and adoption.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors for business systems solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues to minimise disruption to business operations.
