What will your day to day be?
- Working with customers both existing and new, qualifying their level of sales potential through outbound phone calls, using industry-based questions and knowledge. Enriching our CRM profiles with up-to-date information and building the company profile.
- Creating value via increasing direct sales through the following - creating brand awareness, increasing customer contact, order conversion, customer retention with repeat business and high service.
- Handling customer enquiries, raising quotes and working closely with other teams on these where additional support is required.
- Taking inbound phone calls from new and existing customers
- Actioning and completing all tasks on the system and all emails daily.
- Working to ensure all daily / weekly / monthly activity and sales KPI’s are achieved.

- Great telephone manner, confident in speaking to customers over the phone and building rapport.
- Is motivated by KPI’s with commission and bonus scheme rewards in place.
