You will play a key role in improving efficiency through automation, workflow enhancements, and cross-system integrations.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and supporting the SPM module, excels at solving complex technical challenges, and can design scalable solutions with minimal disruption to the environmentRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the SPM moduleServicenow Certified Application DeveloperStrong understanding of ITSM and general ServiceNow architectureSolid grasp of ITIL principles and best practicesProficiency in JavaScript and experience working with ServiceNow APIs and web servicesDemonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applicationsExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
