Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager at OIS. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. While the company is based in East Sussex, this role will involve working from home and conducting field visits to customer sites.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • ­Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • ­Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • ­Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • ­Manage the recruiting, objective-setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team
  • ­Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • ­Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • ­Represent the company in events, conferences etc.


Requirements

  • Sales Strategy Development, Relationship Building, and Revenue Generation
  • Knowledge of medical devices, oncology treatments, and diagnostic imaging
  • Negotiation and Closing skills
  • Effective Communication and Presentation abilities
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
