1st Line Support Rolling contract 100% On site in Bournemouth Start ASAP Your new company We are seeking an individual to support a large-scale mobile device rollout of approximately 1,500 devices. This role will be offered on a rolling monthly contract and will focus on preparing, protecting, and recording devices to ensure a smooth deployment process. Your new role Apply screen protectors and fit protective cases to mobile devices. Record all devices accurately in the asset management database. Insert SIM cards and log them against the corresponding devices in the database. Update and prepare phones for configuration and deployment. Ensure all devices are handled with care and prepared to company standards.What you'll need to succeed Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency. Basic IT literacy and familiarity with mobile devices. Good organisational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
