We are seeking a motivated and experienced School Administrator to join our dedicated team . The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school environment and be proficient in using school management software such as SIMS or Arbor.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.Manage student records, attendance, and general enquiries.Coordinate communication between staff, students, and parents.Maintain and update school databases (SIMS/Arbor).Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.Requirements:Proven experience in a school administrative role.Proficiency in using SIMS or Arbor school management software.Must hold an up-to-date DBS check on the Update Service.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to commit to both short and long-term contracts.If you are a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting the educational sector, we would love to hear from you.We look forward to receiving your applicationWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
