A leading energy and commodities company is looking to add an ambitious individual to their governance team. The firm has had consecutive years of exceptional performance and has doubled its headcount.


The Trade Surveillance Associate will sit in the compliance function, reporting to the team lead and working closely with the front office traders and sales desks. The role will have BAU surveillance responsibilities alongside enhancements, optimisation, and MAR regulation.


The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of commodities or fixed income surveillance experience from a trading house or sell-side business. Candidates with strong surveillance system knowledge (Actimize, Scila, Smarts, etc.) will be strongly preferred.
