Second round w/c 05 January The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy, and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships. We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health, and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate and health. These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won't be solved by science alone. We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Engagement Lead to co-create and embed our new EVP that reflects our values and drives engagement. This role will help make Wellcome the best place to work and enable a culture that contributes to our mission. Where in Wellcome will I be working? You'll be part of setting up a new People Experience team, reporting to the Head of People Experience. You'll lead initiatives that elevate our employee experience and foster a culture that empowers our people to be and do their best in delivering our mission. What will I be doing?
