MAINTENANCE ADMIN WANTED


We are seeking a Maintenance Admin to join our client’s team permanently. The Maintenance Admin will be working full-time in the office and working for a growing company and joining the Service Delivery Team. The Maintenance Admin must have previous admin experience and a good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Admin:

  • Efficient and effective scheduling of the field service teams and specialist service delivery partners.
  • Liaising with the operation department
  • Liaising with the Customer service team and O&M Site Managers
  • Assist with arranging external contractors
  • Booking and coordinating engineer visits
  • Ensure data is recorded correctly
  • Identify and alert management of events with potentially high business impact or emergency
  • Preparation of yearly and 4 weekly work schedules with the ops team


Skills Required for the Maintenance Admin:

  • IT literate and comfortable with planning applications, proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Excel in particular)
  • Experience in complex work scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation skills and eye for detail
  • Strong desire to provide excellent service on each interaction both internally and externally
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously
