Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to design and execute stunning dessert menus.
  • Maintain the 2 Rosette standard of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety regulations in the pastry section.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory for the pastry kitchen.
  • Contribute to new menu ideas, showcasing creativity and flair in pastry design.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a fine dining or Rosette-awarded kitchen.
  • Passion for creating innovative and beautifully presented desserts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a progressive kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team and support the overall kitchen operation.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
