Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including media planners, creatives, and analysts, to develop strategic paid media and offline planning solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of media plans across various channels, including but not limited to digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize media plans and drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and offline advertising.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Handle any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  • 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media and offline planning campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles, including targeting, reach, frequency, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with media planning and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Nielsen, comScore) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
