Business Development Manager, Southcoast - £34,400 + OTE

Are you passionate about sales and customer service, and have a love for skincare? My client, a world renowned luxury skincare brand is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will cover the Southcoast area, representing the brand and driving sales.

With a competitive salary of £34,400 plus uncapped commission, car allowance of £6,000, and an OTE of £12,000+, this is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused individual with a passion for skincare.


  • Uncapped commission with OTE of £12,000+
  • Car allowance of £6,000
  • Excellent product allocation
  • Great customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Exceptional time management and personal diary management skills to manage your area
  • Comfortable driving and being out in the field
  • Ability to be flexible and work to business needs

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous sales experienced, required, ideally field based
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion to go above and beyond
  • Beauty therapy experience with luxury skincare brands
  • A desire to achieve targets and deliver results


Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification with facial electricals included
  • Full, clean driving license
